This impressive vintage designer necklace pendant is set in 18k yellow gold and features a stunning pear cut blue topaz gemstone of approximately 10.50 carats. The gemstone is surrounded by an impressive halo of 40 brilliant cut white G-H fiery diamonds of VS clarity. The total diamond weight is approximately 1.00 carats. 

This piece measures approximately 35mm in length by 24mm in width. 

The piece is marked on the back bail underside with "18k" for gold purity and with the maker's mark. 

The weight of the pendant is 15.54 grams.
