Vintage Heavy 18k Yellow Gold .42ct VS1/G Diamond and Turquoise Cocktail Ring

This beautifully designed cocktail ring features a turquoise gemstone at its center and six VS1 in clarity, G in color diamonds on the shoulders totaling 0.42cts, all set in heavy 18k yellow gold. The ring shank has a smooth finish.
