Vintage Midcentury 1950s 18k White Gold Ruby Cabachon VS Diamond Halo Cocktail Ring

This vintage retro ring is set in 18k white gold featuring a beautiful large ruby cabochon gemstone, measuring approximately 13.1mm x 11.2mm.  The ruby visually has striations much like a star sapphire, (natural inclusions typical of most rubies ) and it does not affect the stone's integrity.  The ruby is surrounded by a double halo of high quality G-H VS diamonds, total diamond weight is approximately 1.80 carats.    

The ring top face measures approximately 25mm long by 22mm wide.

The weight of the ring is 13.1 grams. 

The ring is tested for 18k gold purity.

The ring is currently a size 7.75 and may easily be resized.
