Vintage Estate 18k Gold Pear Pink Sapphire Diamond Necklace Pendant

This beautiful vintage gemstone necklace pendant is crafted in 18k yellow gold and set with a pink pear cut sapphire measuring approximately 7.2 x 5.4mm and set with a halo of brilliant cut diamonds, total diamond weight is 0.15 carats.

The pendant measures a length of 21 mm long with bail by 9mm wide.  

The overall weight is 1.9 grams.

The piece is marked "18k, 750" for gold purity and a maker's mark.
