Vintage Estate 18k Gold 2.02 ct Pear Pink Sapphire Diamond Necklace Pendant

 This beautiful vintage gemstone necklace pendant is crafted in 18k yellow gold and set with an approximate 1.80ct pear cut blue sapphire gemstone measuring set with a halo of white brilliant cut diamonds, total diamond weight is 0.22 carats of H color and SI-1 clarity.

The pendant measures a length of 20 mm long with bail by 13mm wide.  

The overall weight is 2.3 grams.

The piece is marked "18k, 750" for gold purity.
