French Portico Style 19th Century Clock
5" thick x 10" wide x 20" tall
Jappy style movement, hour/ half-hour strike, engine turned center of brass dial, with Roman numerals for all chapters applied in black paint. Bronze pillars with gilt capitals and bases. Bronze base and top decorated with gilt cornice . Applied rosettes below the top cornice. Feathered plumes surround the dial and pendulum, as well as the pendulum center. Movement marked for Samuel Marti.
Condition: Clock will run but is terribly out of beat, it requires to lift the case 1 ½" on end to run and chime. It will require removing the movement to realign the pallet.
