This beautiful vintage 1960s-1970s piece is set in rich 18k yellow gold with an ornate styled frame featuring a lovely large deep royal blue lapis lazuli cabochon gemstone measuring 25mm x 19.25mm and set with 8 brilliant cut small diamond accents. Total carat weight is approximately 0.18cts. The pendant is set with a large wide gold bail on the top.

The back is marked 14k for gold purity.
