Impressive Vintage 18K Gold 6ct Heart Ruby Red Bright Pink Sapphire Diamond Ballerina Ring

This stunning large vintage cocktail features an outstanding 2.78 carat diamond halo consisting of 2.24 tapered baguette cut diamonds and 0.48 round brilliant cut diamonds all white and near colorless with very good clarity.  

In the center the ring features a beautiful heart brilliant cut deep ruby red / deep pink sapphire center.  The ring will go with any ruby, pink sapphire or tourmaline stones as well!

The ring is hallmarked 18k for gold purity on the inside shank.

The ring s currently a size 7 and may easily be resized.

The ring top measures 21.4mm in width by 21mm in length.

The weight of the ring is 7.9 grams.
