Beautiful Pair of Peach Colored Paris Porcelain Urns, ca. Late 19th/Early 20th Century
How lovely these would be on either side of a mantel or shelf!
Lovely urns measuring 9 ½" x 7" with square base, short stem, serpent handles, wide mouth, sloped rim. High gloss glaze over a fired salmon color finished with gilt decoration. The center reserve hand painted with tonal color. These vase urns are marked on the bottom, in red overglaze "Made in France" and on the base in gilt, crossed arrows, "Paris Porcelain."
Condition: Good, very light wear to gilt decoration, one slightly loose in joint; one drilled on base for use as a lamp.
