Stunning Art Deco Vintage Pink Sapphire Diamond Platinum Pendant with 14k Gold Chain

This impressive Art Deco 1940s piece is set in pure platinum with a stunning array of full brilliant and baguette cut diamonds set with a central pear-shape pink (deep pink to ruby red in color) sapphire.  

The pendant portion was converted from a brooch and set on a 14k white gold necklace. 

The reddish pink sapphire measures approximately 9.50 mm x 7.70 mm x 2.20 mm. 

The total diamond weight is approximately 1.00 carats.

 This piece measures 1 1/4 inches by 1 1/8 inches

The weight of the piece is 5.65 grams.

The pendant is tested for platinum purity and the necklace chain is marked 14k for gold purity.
