Vintage Estate 18k Gold G VS Diamond Opal Necklace Pendant / Brooch

This stunning vintage estate necklace pendant & brooch is set in rich heavy 18k yellow gold a colorful central oval opal gemstone measuring approximately 14mm by 10mm, for approximately 4.75 carats.  The piece is further set with a multitude of sparkling white round cut diamond of good quality in a gorgeous leaf wreath design.  The total diamond weight is approximately 1.50 carats.  

The piece is marked on the back for 18k gold purity with "C 18" and JGJLRY wrapping around the side of the plate.  

 This piece measures 45mm in length by 39mm in width.  

The weight of the pendant is 20.7 grams.
