CONDITION: Very good, not examined out of frame 

BIO: Modesitt is a living artist painting in the style of the plein air impressionists such as Edgar Payne & Guy Rose. He moved to New York in the 1980s studying & influenced by the Masters and then returned to S. California & also spent time in France. He represented the U.S. in a special exhibit in Bejing China. He has won many awards and had shows all over the world.  His work has been auctioned at Christie's auction house and his pieces are exhibited in many galleries & museums today.
