Vintage 1960s 1970s 14k Gold Freeform Organic Turquoise Cabochon Drop Pierced Earrings

These beautiful earrings are set in 14k yellow gold featuring two stunning turquoise oval cabochon gemstones in a freeform organic brutalist design.   The earrings measure 3/4" in length.  The pair is in very good condition, some natural turquoise matrix is observed which adds to the very genuine look of the earrings. One stone has a tiny edge chip, not noticeable when wearing or handling.

The earrings are set with 14k yellow gold posts and small butterfly clasps - very comfortable!

The weight of the earrings is 7.4 grams.  

The earrings are marked "14k" and "585" on the backs with maker's mark "DF" and tested for 14k gold purity.
