Vintage Midcentury 18k Gold Red Coral Diamond Necklace Pendant

This gorgeous piece is set in rich 18k yellow gold featuring a large oval red coral cabochon measuring approximately 25mm x 17mm.  The piece is further accented by a dazzling artistic array of brilliant and pave cut diamonds accents at the top.  The total diamond weight is approximately 0.45 carats.  The piece has a gold bail for necklace chains at the top.  

The piece is stamped "18k" for gold purity.
